Recipe Notes

Notes:

  • Make sure to use canned coconut milk that separates. When you open it, do not use the water on top but the harder, creamy coconut milk inside
  • Using coconut water for this recipe will provide a nice hit of electrolytes (which is perfect on a super hot day in which you’re sweating!). if you don’t have any on hand though, regular water works just fine.
