Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris)

Edible, kinda bitter.

  • Has been used for a blood purifier, digestion, gas, nutrient absorption and liver.
  • Traditionally tea has been used for headaches, diarrhea and even to lower blood sugar.

Tea has also been used to help topically on poison ivy.

  • They also used to use mugwort as a flavoring for beer long before they eve started brewing hops.

Don’t take if your pregnant.

Probably not best for children.
