Hyssop

Hyssop is a herb known and used as a remedy that is as old as the Bible.

Hyssop has a bitter taste and strong odor. It has been used to flavor liqueurs.

It may even help people who suffer from HIV and AIDS.

Hyssop is a member of the mint family. Hippocrates once used hyssop to treat bronchitis.

Folk uses include but are not limited to:

Coughs, colds, flu, hoarseness, expectorant, fevers, respiratory congestion, sore throats and even herpes.

Hyssop tea:

2 teaspoons hyssop herb

8 oz boiling water

Honey and lemon to taste.
