Yields 6-8 servings

  • 12 oz. fresh cranberries
  • 1 whole orange (peeled)
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1 slice lemon or 1 drop lemon oil
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder or 1 drop cinnamon bark oil
  1. Throw everything in a medium saucepan except Essential Oils.  Bring to a boil.  
  2. Reduce and let simmer without the lid.  
  3. Stir every few until your berries pop and your mix starts to thicken, (20 minutes-ish). The longer the better.  
  4. Once removed from heat add oils.
  5. Stir and serve.
